I achieved the designation of Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist through The Institute of Fraud Risk Management, and am a licensed Insurance Broker.
I speak to community and business groups about how Identity Theft occurs and how to reduce your risk at work and at home. I have presented to well over 100 organizations, including the New York State Society of CPAs, NYS Government Finance Officers Assoc., Buffalo Niagara HR Association, Western New York Society for Information Professionals, Niagara Univ. Family Business Center, Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce & the NYS Retired Public Employees Assoc.
I have BS and MBA degrees from State University of New York at Buffalo. I have achieved the lifetime certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
