🍎 Team Apple – Caramel Apple Mule

Cocktail: Crisp apple cider meets smooth caramel and vodka, topped with bubbly ginger beer. Served over ice with a caramel and brown sugar rim and a fresh apple wheel.

Mocktail: All the fall flavor, none of the proof — apple cider, caramel, and ginger beer with the same sweet rim and garnish.

🎃 Team Pumpkin – Spiced Pumpkin Cream Soda

Cocktail: Spiced rum blended with pumpkin and vanilla, topped with creamy soda and finished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Sweet, spiced, and indulgent.

Mocktail: Pumpkin spice and vanilla layered with cream soda, crowned with whipped cream and cinnamon for a cozy treat everyone can enjoy.

🍎 APPLE MENU: “The Crisp Crusader”

Apple Cider Bisque – A warm, silky soup with caramelized apples, sweet onions, roasted garlic and a dash of cream, finished with crispy prosciutto and chive oil.

Savory Apple & Cheddar Quiche – Flaky crust filled with NY sharp cheddar, Granny Smith apples, caramelized onions, and thyme. Served with an arugula salad tossed in a cider vinaigrette with dried cranberries & toasted walnuts

Apple Bourbon Chicken & Waffle – Fried chicken tender glazed with an apple-bourbon reduction over cinnamon-apple waffle with a drizzle of warm maple syrup.

Warm Apple Crisp - Tender baked apples spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, Served warm with a silky pour of house-made maple anglaise & creamy maple caramel drizzle, topped with a buttery oat crumble.


🎃 PUMPKIN MENU: “The Spiced Slugger”

Pumpkin Bisque – Creamy roasted pumpkin soup spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon, finished with a swirl of maple crème fraîche and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds for crunch.

Savory Pumpkin & Gruyère Quiche - Silky pumpkin custard baked in a buttery crust, layered with caramelized onions, shredded Gruyère cheese, and a hint of fresh sage. Served with a side of mixed greens tossed in a maple-Dijon vinaigrette, topped with pomegranate seeds & candied pecans

Pumpkin Gnocchi – Soft pillowy gnocchi tossed in a creamy pumpkin-Parmesan sauce with roasted onions, wilted spinach, dried cranberries and toasted walnuts. Finished with a drizzle of sage oil & shaved Parmesan.
