As part of Artpark’s 50th Anniversary Season, the Buffalo Jazz Composers Workshop featuring some of the region’s finest jazz artists and composers returns on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 4:00PM on the Emerald Grove Stage located in the Lower Park. This is part of the "New Music In The Park" series.
New Music in the Park is a series of concerts held in various locations throughout Artpark’s scenic grounds and curated by Artpark and award-winning conductor and composer Brent Chancellor. The Series offers an eclectic snapshot of music, performance, and collaboration happening now with works by living, and underrepresented composers alongside iconic and legendary figures that broaden and enrich the musical conversation.
